We currently accept payments in USD (United States Dollar). All prices displayed on our website are in USD.

3. How can I place an order?

Placing an order with Rist Glam is simple. Browse our collection of watches and fashion accessories, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are securely processed through our payment gateway, ensuring your information is protected.

5. How do you handle shipping?

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Priority Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight, and the size of your order. We do not currently offer express shipping costs separately but will always strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Currently, we only ship orders within the USA.

6. What should I do if my package is lost or undelivered?

If your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, re-ship your order within 7-12 business days. If your package is stolen after delivery, you will be responsible for the loss. However, if it is lost in transit, we will verify the issue and re-ship your order.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns within three days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. For exchanges, the same conditions apply, and we will send the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.

8. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within one day of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to return the items once they are delivered.
